Nollywood actress Empress Njamah has confirmed that her ex-boyfriend George Wade has been detained in Liberia.
Wade was detained in Liberia On Monday.
Njamah had accused him of using naked videos he had in his possession to extort money from her.
George allegedly started a WhatsApp group on January 1st, 2023, where he posted them, inciting outrage online after making threats to publish the naked recordings.
Njamah tweeted a video of Wade being led away by security personnel wearing handcuffs to confirm the arrest.
The video was captioned, “Our God is not asleep.”
